The towns of France are organizing to come to the aid of Ukrainian refugees fleeing the war. The collection point organized in the towns of Nord-Pas-de-Calais.
Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Nice… The cities of France are organizing to help the Ukrainian people and those of Nord-Pas-de-Calais are also part of it.
Starting with Lille, where Mayor Martine Aubry called on her Twitter account on Monday for financial donations “to meet the needs of Ukrainian refugees in neighboring countries”.
These donations can be received by check at the Lille Solidarity Ukraine Foundation, at 99 rue Saint Sauveur, 59033 Lille Cedex, by bank transfer or online, on the Lille Foundation website, www.fondationdelille.org.
For the time being, the City does not collect food products, medicines and clothing.
Six collection points in Arras
These donations are, however, solicited from Arras. The city has relayed on its website the list of products communicated by the Embassy of Ukraine and which could be collected: hygiene products, clothing, food, bedding and survival equipment are welcome. Six collection points are set up in the city as of this Wednesday, find them below.

Arras also organizes a “Citizen Workshop” entitled “How to help the Ukrainian people?” this Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Town Hall, to bring together the inhabitants who so wish, in order to propose actions in favor of Ukrainians.
Collections in Lens, Liévin and Béthune
17km further north, Liévin “calls for the generosity of all” and organizes a large collection which began on Tuesday.
Residents are invited to bring warm clothes, hygiene products and non-perishable food to the Communal Center for Social Action, rue Edouard Vaillant, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. It will also be possible to donate these basic necessities on Saturdays in four cultural and social centers in the city:
The Cultural and Social Center (CCS) Les Hauts de Liévin, Bondeaux room, rue de la Liberté, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
CCS Les Hauts de Liévin, Baras room, rue Pasteur from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
The CCS Salle Pignon, rue Van Gogh, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
The CCS Georges Carpentier, rue Ampère, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Their Lensois neighbors are also organizing to help the Ukrainians. A collection center has been set up at the Dumas center since Tuesday, announced the town hall of Lens in a Facebook post.
The collection will take place from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., and on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Here too, basic necessities are in demand.
A Bethuneit is the cultural bar Nautilus, located at 74 rue Boutieux, which has decided to recover the donations intended for the Ukrainians.
The Nautilus only accepts medical equipment (bandages, sterilized compresses, survival blankets, hygiene products, etc.) until Thursday evening inclusive, from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. Food and clothing are not accepted.
Some Boulogne schools also convinced
These targeted donations also concern the City of Wasquehalwhich organizes a collection of medicines and healthcare materials in cooperation with Iryna Zajac, a Ukrainian doctor living in Wasquehal with her family.
The City announces itself on son website that a storage center has been set up in a village hall located at 5 rue Jean Macé. Health professionals or individuals can drop off their donations Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Among the list of desired drugs are doliprane, ibuprofen, betadine, smecta and pressure bandages.
On the side of Wiméreuxit is possible to bring logistical, hygiene, relief and clothing donations to the Municipal Technical Center, 10 rue Bon Air, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Finally, the schools of Boulonnais also participate in these fundraising campaigns. The Sainte Thérèse school in Outreau and the Godefroy de Bouillon college in Boulogne-sur-Mer collect food, hygiene products and camping equipment for Ukrainian refugees.
