The patrol caught the young men as one of them urinated on a police car. “They said they drank alcohol and found it funny to ‘throw themselves’ at traffic signs. Among other things, it was also said: ‘Well, whatever it is, I will pay for it all,’ said Irena Seifertová, a spokeswoman for the Prague police officers.
Then the young men began to annoy the presence of the guards and changed their rhetoric considerably. Vulgar expressions alternated with threats from the father working on the crime scene, who would deal with the city police.

“In both men, the patrol subsequently conducted a breath test with positive results of 1.74 and 1.21 per mille. When it came to dealing with financial penalties, the young people suddenly did not want to be paid. Therefore, the police reported the offenses to the administrative body, “Seifert concluded.
