The Russians told what gifts they most often chose for the Defender of the Fatherland Day – Economy and business
MOSCOW, 23 February. /TASS/. Most Russians prefer to give a gift for the soul on Defender of the Fatherland Day, only 19% bought a “traditional set” by February 23 in the form of socks and shaving foam. Such results were shown by the standard bank “Russian Poll” (available at the disposal of TASS).
According to the study, the majority (68% of respondents) prefer to give a memorable gift for the soul on February 23rd. In second place in terms of distribution was the “traditional set” by February 23 – socks, shaving foam, etc. n. Its for profit 19% of those surveyed. In third place is money or a gift card, they are given by 13% of survey participants.

A question of price
Polls have shown that 48% of Russians are ready to spend from 1,000 to 5,000 rubles on a gift for Defender of the Fatherland Day, another 45% – up to 1 collected ruble fits into a symbolic gift. Only 7% of respondents said they were ready to spend more than 5,000 rubles on a gift.
For 83% of respondents, Defender of the Fatherland Day is an annual occasion to congratulate their relatives and friends. At the same time, 67% of Russians celebrate this holiday at home, with their families. Also, 57% of respondents said they plan to take part in workers’ corporations dedicated to the holiday.
More than 1.5 thousand respondents from among the clients of banks, as well as members of groups in the social networks of the credit institution, took part in the survey.
