Nord Pas-de-Calais: Murfy recruits 15 people on permanent contracts
Murfy, repairer of large household appliances, is increasing its workforce for 2022 to meet growing demand. Instead of throwing out broken devices, the focus is on repair and reuse. To best support this dynamic, Murfy recruits everywhere in France, including Nord Pas-de-Calais with around fifteen permanent positions.
The company is looking for novice and experienced appliance repair technicians as well as team leaders. The technicians will have to intervene in private homes to carry out repairs. Refurbishments are done in areas where Murfy has workshops. A company vehicle is included in the contract.
Team leaders will be in charge of managing groups of 6 local technicians. They organize the distribution of interventions, the smooth running of operations and the cohesion of the group of repairers in their areas. Contracts for team leaders are also permanent. In Nord Pas-de-Calais, the reconditioning workshop is based in Wambrechies. More than 6,000 devices have already been repaired by Murfy teams, avoiding 400 tons of waste.
