We require:
- higher education in a master’s degree program
- knowledge of Act No. 255/2012 Coll., the Act on Control (Control Rules), Act No. 320/2001 Coll., on Financial Control is an advantage, but it is not a condition
- experience in food or state veterinary supervision is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
- diligence, responsibility, personal initiative, ability to quickly orient oneself in professional issues, good communication skills
Job description:
- ensuring internal control activities within the scope of the State Administration (SVS), including an analysis of identified deficiencies
- planning and preparation of the program of control activities, implementation of control of the JRC and other entities related to the activities of the JRC
- implementation of controls of management and disposal of funds, compliance with applicable legislation, compliance with internal regulations of the JRC and in the area of drawing on the state budget
- performing analysis of identified deficiencies and control of subsequent elimination, evaluation of compliance with corrective measures
- comprehensive elaboration of partial reports and conclusions from performed inspections, elaboration of final protocols on the result of the inspection
- resolution of complaints about inactivity of regional veterinary administrations (KVS) and Municipal Veterinary Administration in Prague SVS (MěVS in Prague SVS), complaints about the procedure of KVS and MěVS in Prague SVS and complaints about inappropriate behavior of officials
