Bulgaria in 18th place in the women’s relay in biathlon – More sports – Winter sports
The Bulgarian quartet in the women’s relay 4 km from the biathlon tournament at the Olympic Games consisting of Milena Todorova, Maria Zdravkova, Lora Hristova and Daniela Kadeva ranked 18th out of 20 relays. The team is not closed with a lap after the second shot of the third post. Before that, Todorova gave an excellent start to the race, as she passed the baton to Zdravkova in fourth place with a liability of only 12.3 seconds compared to the leaders from Germany.
After that, however, Zdravkova turned a remarkable lap straight, and Hristova need an extra shot on each of his shots and was closed before you poured out of the line. The Bulgarian teams were left behind by the teams in Slovakia and Switzerland, as the Swiss stopped their participation in the first post, after Irene Kadurish failed to cope with the load and the high altitude and was taken out on a stretcher.
The gold medals congratulate the teams of Sweden (Lynn Persson, Mona Broson, Hannah Joberg, Elvira Joberg) after the great of the sisters Hannah and Elvira Joberg in the last two positions.
The silver went to the Russian Olympic Committee (Irina Kazakevich, Kristina Reztsova, Svetlana Mironovo, Uliana Nigmatulina), and the Germans (Vanessa Voigt, Vanessa Hinz, Francesca Preuss, Denise Herman) remained third.
