Sugar Mizzy February 15, 2022

ONE Dr. Sara Marquespharmaceutical and project manager go far, presented proposals by the F list to the measures for the governing bodies of APJF2022024. Read the article.

Dear colleagues, the Portuguese Association of Young Pharmacists (APJF) emerged 333 years ago with a mission to elevate the young pharmacist in society, particularly in the health sector.

Three decades later, the mission remains, even if the world changes irreversibly! In health, the challenges are increasingly complex and there is an urgent need for a solution that provides more sustainable and multipurpose health. History has already shown that it is during the most adverse times that lead us to improve the form of innovation, which leads us to make a commitment to activate the opportunity and an intervention. As young health professionals, we want to be part of the construction of a quick and effective solution, which promotes the evolution of systems and faster and equitable access to health care for all citizens.

It is with this aspiration that we present to you the list of Forums: Young Pharmacists, for health in Portugal, candidates for the future elections for the APJF Bodies for the 2022-2024 biennium. We are a team capable of fulfilling this ambitious plan. We carry out a professional activity in the different pharmaceutical areas: Academy, Consulting, Community Pharmacy, Hospital Pharmacy, Industry and Research, we have the most recent experience in national and international associations and we come from different parts of the country, in order to have representation, experience and knowledge. of the different professional realities and respective demands.

The construction of the strategy preserves the strategic heritage of our team, keeping the focus on the following axes: national and international representation, political presence, training and an area of communication, added still fundamental: management of partners and partnerships. At the representation level, we intend, nationally and internationally, to strengthen relations with the main entities in the health sector and academia. Politically, the focus will be on the massive and will move from a plan to unfold the White Paper, continuing to give voice to the main current issues and will contribute to the development of the Health sector. There is no possibility of training and training new scientific institutions, in partnership with the Academia, Ordem dos Farmacêuticos and other relevant institutions. As for communication, we want to guarantee a level of visibility that allows us to know the added value of the Association. And last but not least, ensure an excellent consultation and management of members, allowing a constant adaptation to their concerns, and the implementation of a plan of institutional partnerships, fundamental to the stability and growth of the Association!

We recognize the fullness and boldness of our manifesto of a biennium of new challenges, but we trust in the competence and motivation of this team that proposes to fulfill the APJF mission. We aspire to an Association that is the voice and vision of different generations of young pharmacists, recognizing the
added responsibility in the defense of a fundamental class for the future of the profession!

We appeal to all partners to participate in this electoral campaign! Let’s value pharmacists, for the future of health in Portugal! Discover our complete electoral program at: https://linktr.ee/listaf_apjf
