Government informs about easing on Wednesday – Liechtenstein
VADUZ – Following the decisions of the Federal Council in Bern, Liechtenstein’s government will also provide information on the easing of the corona measures on Wednesday at 5 p.m. Volksblatt.li the press conference live as usual.
It can be assumed that almost all current measures will be lifted. The signals from Bern over the past few days have been clear in this regard. The Liechtenstein government has already announced that it will closely monitor Switzerland when lifting the timely and sustainable measures.
It is therefore becoming apparent that the obligation to have a certificate in all areas as well as restrictions for events and gastronomy will be canceled without replacement. It is still unclear how the mask requirement will continue.
According to a report by the NZZ, the Swiss Minister of Health Alain Berset will only maintain the mask requirement in public transport and in hospitals. However, the cantons are free to decide on further rules.
In Liechtenstein it can be assumed that the mask requirement will be lifted at least in schools and probably also in the workplace. The test regime and the resulting measures in schools are also likely to be up for debate at the government meeting.
