JN is the most read online newspaper in Portugal
Jornal de Notícias was the most popular online newspaper in Portugal in January, reaching more than 3.3 million readers. A number surpassed only by TVI, which includes information and entertainment, with a “reach” of over 3.6 million people.
The data is from the netAudi Ranking reach, a reference tool for reach even on the web, which places the Global Media Group (GMG) in prominence as the media group with the largest (more than 4.4 million people). This position is only surpassed by the Nónio network, of which GMG is a part, which reached more than 5.4 million users.
“Diário de Notícias” appears in 6th place in the table, with a reach of 2.4 million, just after the newspaper “Expresso”. In sports brands, O Jogo reached 1.5 million, occupying the 15th position, two places below the Record (1.7 million).
The group’s economic information brand, Dinheiro Vivo, is in 27th place, recording a “reach” of 779 thousand.
TSF appears in 19th position, standing out as the radio station that reaches the most people in Portugal, with a reach that exceeds the threshold of one million.
In the automotive segment, the “Motor 24” brand continues to lead, occupying the 26th position in the ranking and reaching 834 thousand people.
Also noteworthy are the Global Media Group magazines Men’s Health and Women’s Health, in 36th and 37th places, with a reach of 415 thousand and 301 thousand readers, respectively.
