A 27, district of Walsrode, VR Hanover, km 0.329 – avoid fines, points and a driving ban!
You are said to have exceeded the maximum speed outside of built-up areas of 100 km/h?
Then, within the next four weeks, the hearing form from the Heidekreis fines office will be followed by a fine notice.
But the chances of success for an appeal are very good. Because the best arguments here are the sources of error in the TraffiStar S 350 measuring device used.
The functional principle is simply explained. The measuring device sensor emits laser pulses continuously up to a distance of 50 meters and a scanning angle of 45 degrees. After reflection on an object, the laser pulse is detected by the receiver of the measuring unit. With the position of the laser beams known to the device and the time between transmission and detection (signal propagation time), the speed camera can determine the distance and direction of the detected vehicle and thus calculate the speed.
However, the length of the measuring section leads to a signal spread and thus to inaccurate signal detection by the speed camera. Therefore, about half of all measurements are incorrect.
Allocation difficulties occur particularly at night or when convoy journeys are recorded. The reason for this is, among other things, that the camera only takes place after the speed calculation. If several vehicles are in the detection area at the same time, it cannot be determined with certainty whether the specified speed was actually measured for the vehicle shown.
If the measuring angle is not set precisely, the so-called oblique measurements occur. These automatically lead to excessive speed information.
If the calibration of the speed camera has expired, the entire series of measurements will be canceled or a measurement tolerance of at least 20% will be granted.
These and many other errors can be found by evaluating your message.
Lawyer Andreas Junge therefore has a technical expert report prepared for each measurement process. This is the basis of evidence proving the inaccuracy of your measurement.
The result IS an acquittal or at least the case WILL be dropped.
In this case, you are spared points in the driving aptitude register (formerly the central traffic register) in Flensburg or even a driving ban.
If you have legal protection insurance, you will not incur any costs for the entire procedure.
Important: If necessary, get in touch with a lawyer specializing in administrative offenses law, ideally as soon as you have received a hearing form from the authority. Lawyer Andreas Junge knows how to defend you effectively at this early stage of the proceedings.
