Aldi, those around Budapest are full of vacancies!
Aldi is looking for store sellers, which has about 100 vacancies in the capital and Pest county, so it will have a recruiting day in Budapest on February 10, Aldi Magyarország Élelmiszer Bt. Told MTI on Friday.

Without pre-registration, all job seekers can take part in next Thursday’s recruitment event, where they are welcome from 10 am to 6 pm in the Aquarium Club of Erzsébet Square in Budapest.
Attendees can meet Aldi store managers and HR staff in person on the recruiting day. Those interested in open positions will come to the event with a current paper-based CV, where after the information about the responsibilities and benefits, a personal interview can take place on the spot, and the company can even make an offer on the spot.
They added that Aldi’s store salespeople in the capital work HUF 377,100 gross for 40 hours a week, and the salary available in position 4 is HUF 74,900 gross.
Interested in MTI’s interest, the company also expects applicants under the age of 25 to apply.
At the same time, it has been indicated that Aldi still prefers part-time work, so it is possible to work up to 2 hours, which is an ideal work schedule for expectant mothers and students in higher education.
Aldi is holding a recruitment day in several parts of the country, the first such event was held in Győr on February 3 this year.
They also mentioned that with the event, the food chain is already being prepared for the Easter period, so that they are ready for the increased turnover with the ideal staff for the stores.
Aldi Magyarország Élelmiszer Bt. Opened the first store of its network in Hungary in 2008, currently has 153 stores in Hungarian retail nationwide and employs more than 4,500 people. According to publicly available data, in 2020 it achieved net sales revenue of HUF 292 billion after HUF 246 billion in 2019. The profit of the after-tax company was HUF 11.5 billion in 2020 after HUF 7.3 billion in 2019.
