The bulldozers will continue to demolish the existing structure for over a month. The demolition phase should be completed at the beginning of March and only then can excavations begin to build the underground floors that will house the parking lots. The view of the sea and the greenery are two elements kept in mind in the project. It will remain an area on which a single-storey structure above ground is planned. We are thinking of a restaurant serving the structure that will have another one inside “.
The five-star future can count on just under a portion of rooms, one of which will be suites. The surface of the hotel will be 8 thousand square meters while ten units are planned for the apartments for 1200 square meters. “It will not be a condhotel. It will be housing units detached from the hotel.” The end of the works is expected by 2024, then the necessary steps will follow to get ready at the beginning of the tourist find season of 2025. On the management, Bizzi & Partners has identified an international chain, the Marriott, but to date it is not excluded that the property decides to manage the hotel directly as has happened in the past with a hotel in New York: “It is an eventuality that we are evaluating”.
Bizzi & Partners is very active in New York, Miami and Estonia, in addition to Italy where it is also taking care of the tourist port of Rapallo.
