Judge Costantini greets Siena: “It will remain in my heart”
I greet the city of Siena and the colleagues of the courthouse, judge Luciano Costantini, who will move to Livorno from next Monday 7 February to become the president of the Labron tribunal, after 7 years in Siena as president of the criminal section.. This, around lunchtime, in the pause between one hearing and another, a farewell moment was held in the Assize court in the presence of magistrates, office employees, representatives of the police and the morning mayor Luigi De Mossi, who brought his greetings to the judge on behalf of the municipal administration.
Sincerely thanked for the commitment lavished in the Sienese years by the president of the court Roberto Carrelli Palombi, who underlined his effort in particular in a complex phase for the judicial offices in the period of the merger with Montepulciano, for him also the Sienese lawyers represented by Lucia Secchi Tarugi, the prosecutors in the name of the deputy prosecutor Nicola Marini and the mayor himself, who praised its independence and authenticity. Costantini said he was happy with the new assignment because of his love for Siena and the strong bond he built with the city underlined over the years. The landing in Livorno is an important milestone for Costantini, in recent years one of the leading judges of the court of Siena. After the first years in Sicily in Mar Costanti alongside Borsellino, Costanti worked as a prosecutor in Pistoia, then moving on to the role of judge, for the role of judge in 2015 in Siena.
