Vaccination obligation, the constitutional court of Vienna questions this. Anief: the Italian government thinks about it
The Constitutional Court of Vienna questions the vaccination obligation and asks the Austrian health minister the questions posed to the Italian one by the Administrative Justice Council of Sicily, which will decide on March 16 on the remission of the Italian law to the Council.
The news is important because Austria is the first European country to have introduced the vaccination obligation after Slovenia where it was declared unconstitutional before its entry into force for public employment, followed by Greece, Italy and France (only for health) while Spain, Portugal and Denmark are starting to follow
Great Britain in the end of any restriction. In the US it has been blocked for healthcare workers by a federal court and by the Supreme Court for private sector workers.
Because tomorrow the Italian government in the Council of Ministers will not take advantage of it to stop the vaccination obligation, the sanctions against citizens and the suspensions of all workers over 50, those of school, health, the armed forces and police already implemented ?
According to the union Anief, “it would not be a sign of obligation, but of intelligence as well as common sense, without waiting for the judgment of the Court of Justice on the Europeans promoted by the Court of Justice on the promoted on the vaccination obligation for health personnel and by #Anief on the European control on the correct publication of the EU regulation in the Italian Green Certification Journal“.
Anief reminds that by today it is still possible to join the appeal to the Lazio TAR against the vaccination obligation for school staff. For information, Click here.
