After six hours, the traffic on the Prague – Brno line through the Vysočina region returns, one track is used
The consequences will take at least midnight.
(updated 22:21) Trains between Prague and Brno did not run on the line through Havlíčkův Brod for over six hours. The reason was damaged traffic lines from fallen trees. The event took place in the section between Žďár nad Sázavou and Ostrov nad Oslavou. The operation was resumed after one dormitory at 21:30. The trains were also many hours late, they had to take a detour through Olomouc. The first trains, which would otherwise have to travel with a big detour, were already heading for the route.
The route through the Vysočina region is passable again. At 21:30 we resumed operations in the section Žďár nad Sázavou – Ostrov nad Oslavou. They ride on one track.

Under normal circumstances, they drive between Prague and Brno via Blansko and Česká Třebová. From Brno to Blansko, however, the dormitory is missing all year due to corridor repairs. The carriers thus had the only way to get by rail from Brno to Prague: via Olomouc. Traffic on the line through Jihlava is also stopped due to the wind. In the section Žďár nad Sázavou – Ostrov nad Oslavou, an alternative replacement bus service was introduced on a constant scale from approximately 4 pm.
For passengers from Brno, there was an alternative bus service to Blansko and then express trains to Prague. Even at Svitavy, the traffic was stopped until 16:28 due to a fallen tree. RegioJet also started driving through Olomouc, it has details on their site.
