Wilbi is an application designed in Toulouse which offers students better orientation on the model of social networks.
Launched a year ago, Wilbi is a made in Toulouse application aimed at young people. It allows you to discover more than 160 professions via features similar to those of social networks.
“The application has been a real success since its creation,” says Wilbi. “Thanks to story-format videos and information on professions, the user discovers the world of work and the
job that interests him in total digital immersion” explains the company.
Who details the operation of his app: “Designed as a real directory of professions, Wilbi aims to support its user in the construction of his professional project and offers an innovative alternative to the tools for discovering traditional professions. Totally free, the “The application is aimed at middle and high school students, as well as students in reorientation or professionals in retraining”.
The founders of Wilbi, Charlotte Tandou and Corentin Bouffard, were inspired by social networks.
Via mini-videos of the “story” type, the user embarks for a few days on the
daily life of a professional whose profession he has chosen to discover for real-time immersion. A classic job description presents the missions, training, remuneration or career development.
Discovery workshops
To help final year students make their choice on Parcoursup, Wilbi has created the Job Discovery Workshop. Developed as part of the Info Métiers 2021 Call for Projects, launched by the Occitanie Region, this workshop takes place in class and guides students in finding information on professions.

Supported by the Ministry of National Education and the Ministry of Higher Education, Wilbi now has 6 employees. For 2022, the company plans to continue its development to exceed the bar of 140,000 users and offers the discovery of more than 200 trades.
