Volta Charging sets up its electric charging stations in Annecy
The company offering charging stations including digital advertising screens imports its concept to the Swiss border. The inauguration of these charging points will take place in Annecy on Wednesday 2 February.

At the same time, the mailing of recharge French public is suffering from the delay in the deployment of 100,000 terminals – as of November 30, 2021, France had 51,243 charging points open to the public. In this context, the concept embodied by the top-up offer of Volta Charge intends to support electromobility accessible to all by gradually erecting its terminals on the territory.
A win-win system
While Volta Charging has already opened branches in France, Germany, Switzerland and Austria, it plans to install new terminals on the site of the Key-West restaurant, located in the commercial zone of Grand Epagny near Annecy. A place which was not chosen at random since, with its infrastructures integrating advertising digital screensthe company intends to support the ecological transition of the French rolling stock and the economic dynamism of the surrounding shops and public spaces by making them more attractive. For good reason: the terminals will bring customers to consume in the shops while they are recharging. On the side of tradespeoplethis installation is doubly profitable since the income thus generated by these advertising charging stations will amortize the amounts investment while allowing the conductors to benefit from a competitive price.
