Aeronautics: in Toulouse, to find the rare pearl, Liebherr-Aerospace is recruiting… at the museum
After experiencing turbulence linked to the health crisis, aeronautics companies are seeing a recovery in their activity and are recruiting again this year. To find the rare pearl and differentiate itself from other companies, Liebherr-Aerospace is organizing a recruitment evening at the Aéroscopia museum, dedicated to aeronautics, in Blagnac (Haute-Garonne) on February 7.
If in 2020 the system supplier, specializing in the design, manufacture and repair of air systems for the aeronautical industry, posted a 40% drop in activity, the company, with a site in Toulouse and Campsas, saw a 15% recovery in growth.
“We need to recruit for 80 positions, around 40% in production to respond to the increase in production rates for the Airbus A320 family and 60% in engineering to develop the carbon-free aircraft of tomorrow, specifies Jérôme Noyer, director of human resources and communication at Liebherr-Aerospace. We are looking for profiles with experience and want them to meet our company, discuss with people from our teams, understand the state of mind of our company during this evening”.
The “Experts’ Meeting” event is aimed at system, software, mechanical calculation and testing engineers, with 21 positions to be filled. Candidates will undergo recruitment interviews, be able to visit the showroom presenting Liebherr-Aerospace services and board the Super Guppy, the Concorde -toulouse-25-05-2020-8322780.php. To participate in this particular job dating, candidates must register on the dedicated platform and be selected at the “Experts’ Meeting”.
On the production side, around 30 positions concern mechanical fitters, welder-boilermakers and CNC machinists.
