The governor of the Kaluga region, Vladislav Shapsha, spoke about the bullying of teenagers over a fifth-grader at the Belousovskaya school. It is doubly outrageous that this transgression has lost the Russian language, he said.
“People positively influence this problem of presence. This problem exists. But as for the events in this school, it is doubly outrageous that the disgrace was committed not by a migrant, but by a Russian, ”Vladislav Shapshu quotes Podym.
Three seventh-graders dragged a fifth-grader into the toilet, one of the attackers got a genital on the child’s head. Two of the teenagers are observation children. The third seventh-grader is registered, the governor of the region said. His father is in possession of freedom, and has been deprived of consumer rights. He lives with a foster family.
“He has not yet reached, as far as I understand, the criminal prosecution of the justice authorities is a test. Both the prosecutor’s office and the Internal Affairs Directorate are the next steps that they must take,” Shapsha said.
The attacked children were transferred to distance learning, one of them left the region. The family of another student is going to do the same. The governor doesn’t think they should go to that school.
