Covid-19: a 45th deposit recorded in Monaco since the start of the health crisis

The princely government announced this Wednesday evening that a 72-year-old resident, who tested positive for Covid-19, lost his life in Monaco.
This is the 7th death linked to covid-19 recorded since the beginning of 2022 in Monaco.
Since the start of the health crisis in March 2020, 45 residents have died in Monaco.
In addition, 98 new positive cases of Covid-19 were revealed on Wednesday. The Principality’s health toll therefore stands at 7,041 people affected by the coronavirus since the start of the health crisis.
This Wednesday evening, 44 people were treated at the CHPG: 40 people, including 23 residents, were hospitalized. Four other patients, including a resident, were being treated in intensive care.
317 people were followed by the Home Monitoring Center which medically supports patients with few symptoms, invited to confine themselves to their homes.
There were also 140 additional healings. The total number of people cured stands at 6567.
