Minister Karaismailoğlu: We are eroding a new era with Kanal Istanbul
On August 27, 2020, restoration works were started in the historical Şile Lighthouse, which was built in 1859 during the reign of Sultan Abdülmecid. An introductory visit will be made to finalize the restoration work. Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoğlu, Governor of Şile Mehmet Nebi Kaya, Mayor of Şile İlhan Ocaklı and citizens attended the ceremony.
