The animated film Pil by the Toulouse company TAT productions is eligible for the Césars in four categories. Best First Film, Best Animated Film, Best Original Score and Best Sound.

Pil is a princess story but a princess like no other.
The film was directed by the Toulousian Julien Fournet and with the exception of the voices and the music recorded in Paris, everything was designed in the TAT studios in Toulouse.
The company created in 2000 by David Alaux, Eric Tosti and Jean-François Tosti has already had great success in recent years. His first feature film, Les As de la Jungle gathered more than 700,000 people in French cinemas. His second feature, Terra Willy, released in 2019, has been exported to over 70 countries.
Pil was released on VOD and DVD in mid-December. The film is still shown at Utopia in Tournefeuille near Toulouse.
