9 out of 10 Lithuanians expect equal opportunities from their employer in the first place
This view was revealed by a public opinion poll commissioned by the White Wave transparent business initiative.
According to the study, the company in which the country’s population would like to work should first and foremost be guided by the principles of justice, equality and cooperation. Respondents rated the importance of the latter on average 4.6 out of 5 possible.
The values of transparency and compliance with the law and the prevention of corruption continue to rival. These principles are important or very important in 86-87% of cases. study participants.
