William Moulin succeeds Frank Rosenbaum at the head of CBRE Luxembourg
While he has been in charge of operations since 2017, Frank Rosenbaum has chosen to entrust the day-to-day management of CBRE Luxembourg to William Moulin, who currently holds the position of Senior Director.
“This succession had been planned for almost a year between Maxime Kumpen – our CEO BeLux, William and myself,” says Frank Rosenbaum. “William had already taken over a very large part of certain activities of our agency, better known in our jargon as“ Advisory and Transaction Services ”, developed the Investor Leasing, Occupier and Workspace departments. This appointment is therefore a logical and totally deserved follow-up for him! ”.
Frank Rosenbaum has given the company the dimension we know it today, going from 15 to 35 people specializing in professional and residential real estate. However, he will not leave the company, but will now focus on the “business development” aspect in order to continue to assess and anchor CBRE’s activities in Luxembourg. “I think there is always a momentum for transmitting something chosen in life. Here we are ! What makes me happy is to continue to follow this success for years to come alongside William and the team. I know that my role will be of great importance to continue to develop our company, to seek new customers, new ideas and new challenges ”, confides Frank Rosenbaum.
A succession in continuity
William Moulin, 47, arrived at CBRE in December 2018, is no stranger to the Luxembourg real estate market, having worked at JLL and Inowai for around ten years.
During these last three years of collaboration, the bonds between the two men have become closer and the collaboration has tightened in a natural way. “We have many points in common with Frank and it is with great ease that we have come to share our vision and our projects for CBRE Luxembourg.
Over time, Frank consulted me more regularly in his choices and without always agreeing, we realized that we were very complementary and have always favored exchange through a common vision. Frank’s project has always been human-centered and it is therefore natural that I am immediately found in these ambitions, because, in my opinion, the quality of a company lies above all in the quality of its collaborators ” , emphasizes Guillaume Moulin.
In a practical way, the two men will continue to follow by devoting themselves each to the specificities of their own. “Our objectives remain intact, but our profession is constantly changing, we needed an organization that better responds to new challenges, and especially to the project which, Frank, myself and all of our colleagues, drive us every day: that of providing the best service to our customers, ”concludes William Moulin.
