The first national law on space activities. “You have to cross the border of Poland in space”
Perhaps some of you remember that trying to create a space law creation project already – works on Act on space activities and the National Register of Space Objects started still in 2012, and five years later the project was transferred to the Government Legislation Center. everything, however, stopped to execute the next method in 2018.
Now, however, the situation is to be quite different – according to Katarzyna Malinowska, head of the Kozminski University Space Studies Center and an expert on space law:
