Arthur Leclerc continues in F3 with Prema – Pages Monaco
Arthur Leclerc governed his way to F1 at Prema 2022. After a first season in two victories (Ca first season little pronounced, Zandvoort) but one of inconstancy, the Monegasque will align once again with the Italian structure for a second year in the category. “I am extremely happy to continue the work started in 2021 in F3 withma. I think we did a good job last year, and 2022 will be a good opportunity to put together everything we’ve learned so far. ”
Preparation in Asia
Still supported by Scuderia Ferrari, Leclerc will notably team up with rookie Oliver Bearman, ADAC and Italian F4 champion, most likely waiting for Jak Crawford, when Red Bull will make its simultaneous announcements. For his part, Rene Rosin, Team Principal, was very happy at the idea of keeping the 21-year-old driver in his ranks. “It’s great to continue our collaboration with Arthur. I am sure he will capitalize on his progress made in 2021, where he has shown he has the potential to play at the forefront. ”
As a reminder, he is the third driver to have been made official in F3 so far, after Oliver Bearman and Grégoire Saucy (ART Grand Prix), the champion of the Regional Formula by Alpine. As a reminder, the start of the season will be given in Bahrain, in support of F1, on March 20. In the meantime, Charles’ younger brother will prepare for his season in Asia by playing all five rounds of the Formula Regionale Asian Championship (FRAC), within the Mumbai Falcons team, technically supported by Prema.
