Racist remarks during Toulouse-Rodez: the TFC sanctioned with a withdrawal of one point suspended
The disciplinary committee of the LFP has ruled. The Toulouse club received a suspended point withdrawal following racist insults were pronounced at the Stadium.
The sanction fell for the TFC. The disciplinary committee of the LFP which met this Wednesday, January 12, decided to condemn the Toulouse club to a withdrawal of one point suspended. These sanctions applied following the racist remarks of which Lionel was victim Mpasi, the goalkeeper of Rodez during the match between Toulouse and the Raf on December 13th.
During this evening in December, a “supporter” had twice treated the Ruthenian goalkeeper, who had also passed through the TFC, as a “dirty monkey”. These insults at the Brice-Taton turn were uttered by a single person who was immediately identified by Mpasi.
