call for solidarity in a stuck conflict
In this completely blocked conflict, the inter-union calls for the support of household waste collection agents. The gathering is scheduled for Wednesday, January 12, in front of the Raisin depot in Toulouse.
A call for solidarity with the Toulouse garbage collectors is launched. In this conflict which is bogged down, Yann Marcos of the South union which is part of the inter-union, calls for a rally “in support of the agents of the collection of household refuse”.
It is a call for support to the agents, they have been on strike for 21 days.

Without lifting the pickets, a certain number of agents from the household waste collection will join the Raisin site at noon to “meet again, then we will see and if there are enough of us, we will perhaps make a demonstration”, specifies the trade unionist.
In recent days, the conflict between the Toulouse garbage collectors and the metropolis has been completely blocked. According to Yann Marcos, “it is the total status quo at the level of the administration, the negotiations are at a standstill”.
We are waiting for them to make another proposal because the ones they have proposed are not acceptable.

The inter-union says it regrets the lack of consideration of the Toulouse metropolis for its agents and would like to have real negotiations to move forward calmly in this conflict.
On social networks, we have fun … or almost.
The flooding of the Garonne over the past two days may not help matters.
Some people hope that the Garonne does not carry a good number of garbage bags. But the garbage collectors’ strike continues. A meeting between the intersyndicale and Toulouse Métropole could take place this Wednesday.
