He left the internet for love

However, when leaving the Chamber he told reporters that his process was political with that it is related to the claim that the Russian intelligence service GRU was behind the explosions of ammunition depots in Vrbětice. “Until it was said, all those guys who are there (in eastern Ukraine) are getting a condition,” he says.

The Pilsen Regional Court originally imposed a sentence of 20 years, which was proposed by public prosecutor Martin Bílý. Nováček’s lawyer demanded that the charge be acquitted or that the court classify the act as a service in a foreign armed force, which is affected by a lower rate.
Czech courts have already dealt with several cases related to the fight in Ukraine. Alexei Fadyev, Belarus, was sentenced to 21 years in prison and Martin Kantor, a fugitive, by a year or less. Last week, the Prague City Court illegally punished the former for 21 years in prison of a soldier, fugitive Martin Sukup.
The Donetsk and Luhansk regions are located in the very east of Ukraine. Before the conflict that erupted in the spring of 2014, 6.6 million people lived in both areas. The pro-pro-separatists proclaimed self-proclaimed states, the Donetsk People’s Republic and the Luhansk People’s Republic. The armed conflict has since claimed thousands of lives. Ukraine and the West blame Russia for the military support of the separatists, Moscow denies it.
The High Court in Prague has reduced the imprisonment of Lukáš Nováčkovivpravo, who is involved in the activities of pro-Russian separists in eastern Ukraine, from 20 years to six years. (January 11, 2022)
