“The flames were coming out of the apartment’s windows,” the fireman said.
On Saturday evening, 18 fire brigades extinguished a tenement house in Praga-Południe in Warsaw. One person is dead. All tenants were evacuated from the building, about 50 people in total – informed Cpt. Wojciech Kapczyński from the press team of the Municipal Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Warsaw.

18 units of the State Fire Service and Volunteer Fire Department are fighting the fire that was extinguished at night. Capt. Kapczyński reported that firefighters are trying to solve the fire. They use a ladder and a hydraulic lift. – We are trying now both from time and means, as well as from above – a firefighter in action.
As I informed all tenants, i.e. about 50 people, were evacuated from the building.
