Areas of responsibility:
ï ?? · 1st level support: fault and order acceptance by phone, ticket system and in
Bring-in service corner
· Recording and documentation of all reported inquiries in the form of tickets
ï ?? · Classification, prioritization and qualified processing of inquiries and preparation
for forwarding to 2nd level support
ï ?? · Bug fix tracking
ï ?? · Creation and updating of operational and system documentation
ï ?? · Active initiation of improvement measures in the organizational areas as well
Support in their implementation
Employment requirements:
ï ?? · completed vocational training (ideally in IT)
ï ?? · Interest in IT
ï ?? · Excellent knowledge of German, very good English; both in word and in writing
Desired additional qualifications:
ï ?? · Several years of professional experience in the named areas of responsibility, ideally in a
IT service organization
ï ?? · ITIL knowledge
ï ?? · Broad, in-depth knowledge of Windows client / server operating systems and Office

ï ?? · Knowledge of other desktop operating systems such as Linux, Mac OSX and mobile
Operating systems such as Android, iOS

The monthly minimum wage is € 2,147.30 gross (14 times a year), 40 hours per week,
Usage group IIIa, of the collective agreement for university employees
