Four competing restaurants will be called to vote – with a score from 0 to 10 – location, menu, service, account of the restaurant that hosts them and a fifth category, the Special, which this week will feature the second prince of the culinary tradition of Valpolicella: braised amarone, served during Sunday lunches and holidays, a dish of poor tradition that is however ennobled by the use of amarone, the most famous wine of the area, which with its bitter taste and its fruity notes enriches the meat giving it a unique flavor.
