Lajos Parti Nagy: It would be good to understand that Hungary will be a strong, stable democracy as a member of a strong European Union
Orbán’s lost system needs to be replaced, but I’m afraid it won’t be that easy.
“What do you expect the most from and fear the most in 2022?
On the one hand, I expect that covid will become one of the respiratory diseases that can be controlled by regular vaccination, and on the other hand, that Orbán’s lost system will finally be replaced in the Hungarian elections. What I fear most is that it won’t be that easy after all.
What do you think will be the biggest challenge for your profession in 2022?
To stop the cannons of the cultural struggle liberated into foundations rich in stone and to build a functioning, democratic system for the distribution of public funds that can be spent on culture slowly, carefully, fairly and on a professional basis.
What are we still talking about little about today that could have a significant impact on the fate of the world in the near future?
Climate change and the migration that followed the wars and genocides that erupted from time to time.
How does Hungary see the next ten years?
Either way, it won’t be an easy ten years, right, is there, could it be? It would be good to understand that by the end of the twenties, Hungary will be a strong, stable democracy as a member of a strong European Union. ”
