The new rules will be effective from January 1, 2022. Implementation of the new law is an obligation of all priests and lay people who are generated in the institutions subordinate to the Krakow Archdiocese.

Priests must have to be announced if you want to agree with the children. Further meetings with minors and inviting them to clergy’s homes are also forbidden. It is also forbidden to continue having sex, puberty and sexuality, as well as taking pictures of minors – that the parents consent to.

Reservation of minors is allowed to maintain correspondence with priests, and free calls are made through accounts and business accounts. It is forbidden to contact in the late evening and early morning hours.

In the matter of control also about the prohibition of the use of massage, seduction, isolation from others, including discrimination.

Religious institutions that cooperate with minors, cooperating principles, independent on the basis issued by the Archdiocese of Krakow.
