Luxury destination for teleworkers: Portugal attracts digital nomads

The competition, however, is not to be overlooked – and its weapons are potent. The neighboring country, for example, offers not only visas but aggressive tax incentives to attract young people to places that have lost inhabitants, and even created the Startup Law to accommodate special conditions for those who want to come to repopulate these lands. An Argentine capital, Buenos Aires, is highlighted by the “most competitive exchange rate” in South America.
