New call for the civil service to the Misericordia of Siena
Social Health Resilience, this is the name of the project that the Misericordia di Siena proposes to young people and which perfectly reflects the activities aimed at vulnerable people.
The project foresees the insertion of 6 young people in the socio-health transport sector, that is the set of services that guarantee the patients access to hospitals and treatment centers, to socialization services for the elderly and disabled and finally to schools. In addition to these services, there is the delivery of drugs and other health aids to the families of chronically or terminally ill patients without a parental network and support for the activities of the Listening Point.
The 1-year project includes 72 hours of direct training. The selected young people will have the opportunity to work in a multi-professional team in the socio-health sector, will acquire communication and social skills and will acquire skills to become the operator’s license in all respects advanced level rescuers (optional).
This project opens the doors of the Misericordia di Siena, an institution that has been working in favor of the Sienese community for 770 years, and which today has more than 400 volunteers active in various sectors including: territorial emergency, civil protection , prison volunteering and much more.
What are the characteristics to take part in the project?
– Age between 18 and 28 years (28 years and 364 days) at the submission of the application;
– be an Italian citizen residing in Italy or resident;
– not having reported criminal convictions not having reported, even if not definitive, to the penalty of imprisonment of more than one year for non-culpable crime or to a penalty of imprisonment, even of a lesser extent for a crime against the person or concerning based, use, port, transport , illicit import or export of weapons or explosive materials, or for crimes relating to belonging to or aiding and abetting subversive, terrorist or organized crime groups.
Applications must be submitted online on the DOL platform https://domandaonline.serviziocivile.it after a cognitive and orientation interview with the Local Project Operators of the Misericordia of Siena;
To submit the application, you must follow the instructions below:
1 – Italian citizens residing in Italy or abroad can access it exclusively with SPID, the Public Digital Identity System. On the website of the Agency for Digital Italy www.agid.gov.it/it/piatreste/spid all the information is available on what SPID is, what services it offers and how it is requested. For the Civil Service Online Application, a SPID domain of security level 2 is required.
2 – Citizens of countries belonging to the Union and foreigners legally residing in Italy, if not willing to acquire the SPID, will be able to access the DOL platform through specific services accessible from the procedure available on the home page of the platform itself.
