The HTE of Genoa rewards the “geniuses”
Under the auspices of the Italian Institute of Technology, the program is organized with the University of Genoa, Université Côte d’Azur and Manageritalia Liguria, which from this year collaborates with its managers. In fact, the course, also open to the best students selected by UNIGE and the University of the French Riviera, saw for the first time this year the participation of ManagerItalia Liguria, which thanks to the voluntary contribution of 9 managers was able to offer over 250 hours of young researchers coaching and mentoring over 30 researchers during the training course.
The seven research programs selected for the 2021 edition saw students and researchers concretely come into contact and work together with ManagerItalia’s tutors in an international environment to develop a first business in support of innovative ideas in the high-tech sectors.
The course, which began on 22 October, was divided into eight seminars lasting about 3 and a half hours with the alternation, always in English, of theoretical frameworks and group work on specific topics related to starting a business such as Design Thinking, Business Modeling, Market Assessment, People Management, Money Management, IP Strategy and Pitching.
