“The potential has not been used. In the last few years, trust has been severely damaged between our two pages and it needs to be strengthened, this trust needs to be reaffirmed, because trust is one of the things that is very easy to lose and very difficult to restore. This is my biggest proposal – to restore the trust lost in the last few years with the United States. Bulgaria has one strategic partner and that with the United States, we have a strategic partnership with the United States. More than 350,000 Bulgarians can live in the United States. “

For his part, the new Minister of Defense and the achievement of the caretaker Prime Minister, Stefan Yanev, stated that the modernization of the army must continue and that they should spend transparently and efficiently:
