The first new branch of public transport is in operation, 200 of them will be exchanged in Prague
The fives will change gradually so that passengers do not have to wait anywhere for public transport in children or snow. 200 installations can be completed in a row. A total of 690 stops are in full by 2023.
The stages of vmn should be spread evenly throughout the metropolis. From 1994 until the end of June this year, the French company JCDecaux, which paid the city and was able to place advertisements on its own mobile phone, had a contract for the operation of public transport.
The news will be owned by the city. Prague will thus be able to decide for itself how much advertising to place.
Prague wanted to achieve a significant reduction in advertising smog and so it wanted a suitable business model of advertising sales, explained only the board of directors of the city of Technology of the Capital City of Prague Tom Jlek. The company is in charge of the project exchange, the transport company will take care of the gossip.
According to the political decision, the future operator of the urban mobility will crack the transport company. And he will prepare a new competition for advertising. Until this competition takes place, the temporary emblem of the capital will probably be visible at the headquarters, Jlek said in November.
The new window has a built-in panel with departure times. Most of them will also have an electrical connection, thanks to which the passenger will charge the phone.
Digital panels, which can, in addition to advertising, also warn of a dangerous situation, will only be at the places where there are a large number of people. The whole project will cost Prague 834.8 million crowns.
