The winners of the 2021 Business Creation Competition have been announced
The trophies of the Junior Economic Chamber of Monaco (JCEM) were awarded this Friday, December 3.
It was on the occasion of the third edition of the “Trophies of the Young Economic Chamber of Monaco”, at the Grimaldi Forum, that three prizes were awarded, thus separating the nine finalists of the Business Creation Competition.
- Prince’s Government Prize : this Prize was awarded by Jean Castellini, Government Counselor – Minister of Finance and the Economy, to the company EAT IN MONACO, which received an endowment of 40,000 euros. This company offers a delivery service in the Principality, via a free application, by electric vehicles. Customers can be delivered by several businesses, such as restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, florists or even pharmacies.
- Young Economic Chamber of Monaco Prize: this Prize was presented by Olena Prykhodko, JCI Vice President, to the company SMALLPOX, which received an endowment of 21,000 euros. Pox is the originator of a pizza box that guarantees the customer to receive their hot and crispy pizza, as if it came out of the oven. The packaging is 100% compostable and made from seeded paper, which will give a plant if put in the ground.
- Athos Partners ‘Coup de Coeur’ Prize: this Prize was presented by Paul Arent, Managing Partner at Athos Partners, to the company THE NINTH.ART, which received an endowment of 5,000 euros. This platform allows small and medium-sized creators to be able to make a living from their creations, thanks to a short circuit between readers and creators of comics, to multiply copyright by six.
