Naples and Campania Weather Forecast, 2-3 December 2021
The Multi-Risk Functional Center – Meteorological Area of the Civil Protection of the Campania Region has issued the regional meteorological bulletin for the hours and for the next few days.
Wet currents, connected to a depression structure present in north-western Europe, tend to flow onto our peninsula, bringing local rainfall to the western regions. Tomorrow, disturbed weather conditions will prevail over Campania. On Friday, rainfall will tend to lessen in the Center and affect the South.
The forecasts in Campania
– Wednesday 1 December: Sky tending to overcast with intensifying rainfall, especially from the evening, when they can also take on a downpour or possible thunderstorm. Winds will tend to become moderate from west-south-west, with local reinforcements in the evening. The sea will be rough tending to very rough. Temperatures will rise in maximum values. Visibility will tend to decrease in mountainous areas.
– Thursday 2 December: Overcast sky with scattered or widespread rainfall, even with moderate or strong downpours or thunderstorms, especially on the coastal sector. Winds will tend to get strong southwest with gusts in thunderstorms. The sea will be very rough tending to rough, with possible storm surges along the exposed coasts. Temperatures will rise, especially in the minimum values. Visibility will be reduced in mountainous areas and in the heaviest rainfall.
– Friday 3 December: Overcast with scattered rainfall, even with a moderate downpour or thunderstorm, especially on the coastal sector; the precipitations will tend to diminish from the afternoon to the evening, starting from the northern sector of the region. The winds will blow strong south-west, with gusts in thunderstorms, and with a tendency in the night to become northerly and to diminish temporarily. The sea will be rough, with possible storm surges along the exposed coasts, but with attenuating wave motion. Temperatures will decrease in maximum values. Visibility will be reduced in mountainous areas and in the heaviest rainfall.
