“Most of the procedures online are impossible until the new order: family service portal, online appointment booking, Bibliofil service” indicated the cabinet of the mayor of Annecy François Astorg, who was warned.
It is also not possible, for the moment, to reach the municipal services by telephone. However, “the physical receptions remain open to the public, even if the procedures will be largely disrupted” specify the town hall, indicating that “information will be communicated as the situation evolves. “
This is the second time in one that the Annecy region has been the victim of computer hackers.
On the night of December 27 to 28, 2020, the Greater Annecy agglomeration was the victim, along with several other French communities, of a massive cyberattack that can be attributed to a cybercriminal group called Pysa. A ransom had been demanded, which Greater Annecy had refused to pay.
