The case of the unlawful verbal request to shoot video footage at the hearing by a person not registered in the registers of information operators required by law
ANTONIO FABBRI. In 23 years of judicial reporting, I thought I had seen all or almost all of them. And yet, evidently, this was not the case. A single incident occurred last Friday at the opening of the recycling trial against Gatti and Galassi. What’s happened? Law Commissioner Simon Luca Morsiani declared the session open and the appeal of those present was made. He was continuing towards the preliminary exceptions when, Mr. Marco Severini who was witnessing the trial, but is not part of it, got up out of the blue and asked: “Can I say something?”. The judge, with some disorientation about what happened, replied no, considering that the speaker has nothing to do with the ongoing trial. Severini, however, continued: “I wanted to ask to do some filming for an Italian media,” he said. (…)
