This is one of the attractions at the start of the season at the Stadium. At each meeting of the Toulouse FC at home on 12e man is heard in the bend Brice Taton.
As the Violets prepare to receive the FC Sochaux for one of the shocks of this first part of the championship, Saturday November 20, 2021, the club announces an innovation to boost the atmosphere a little more in the turn.
New places open
On its website, Téfécé announces that it will remove the tarpaulins from the Taton turn for this match which promises to be “like a great popular celebration”.
“On this occasion, the season attendance record (10,491 spectators against Guingamp) will very likely be broken. This demonstrates the growing enthusiasm of the supporters of Les Violets, and more generally of Toulouse and Toulouse, to support their team in its quest to rise to Ligue 1 Uber Eats “.
By removing these tarpaulins, the TFC wants to allow “as many people as possible to come and encourage Toulouse players in the most fervent stand of the Stadium”.
The tarpaulins still removed in the event of a sprint for the ascent
The decision was made after an agreement with the Tolosa Indians. “The tarpaulins of the Brice-Taton turn will be removed for the next two matches of Téfécé at home: Sochaux on November 20 then Rodez December 13. All the seats in the Brice-Taton stand will therefore be available for sale on our online ticketing“, Indicates the club.

“The tarpaulins will be put back in place at the beginning of January 2022 to guarantee the best possible visual filling in a period when the cold will probably discourage the less reckless of our supporters”, adds the club which specifies that they will be removed again in case of a final sprint to the rise in Ligue 1.
