Charlene of Monaco is currently on rest for health reasons. As the National Day approaches, her husband Albert II spoke about this and gave some information to Monaco-Morning November 17.
In an interview with Monaco-Morning Wednesday November 17, on the occasion of the National Day, Prince Albert II declared that he would “very soon” to visit Charlene, currently recovering outside the Principality. Regarding the health of the latter recently, he confirms that she “is better but she still needs rest and peace” and adds that the princess has “fatigue that is not just physical and can only be treated by a rest period and by a follow-up “.
Words that are not completely reassuring, but which give hope that she will get better. The place of his rest for several weeks is still kept secret. All we know is that she is not in Monaco. “To preserve the tranquility essential to improving her health, the princess’ place of convalescence will remain strictly confidential”, can we read in the Palace press release, published on Facebook. Charlene de Monaco will therefore not be able to attend the traditional Monegasque National Day from Friday November 19.
Albert II, a father involved
The husband of Charlene of Monaco in particular confided in his role as a father that he takes very seriously in order to have no regrets. With the absence of their mother, Jacques and Gabriella “regretted” and need their father more. “I have heard too many friends or acquaintances telling me that they regretted not having been present for their children, at a certain age, taken by their work or their professional life”, explains the sovereign who does not mean the same errors.
