A day of skiing, without the fatigue of the road, the hassle of equipment or the difficulty of riding on snow: this is what offers several stations in the Pyrenees by organizing ski days from Toulouse. With transport to the station and day pass.
A concept launched in Peyragudes
Four Pyrenean resorts are participating in this Ski’zy offer. Peyragudes offers outings almost every weekend during the season. More occasionally outings are organized at Grandvalira, Ax 3 domains and Saint-Lary Soulan.
“It was Peyragudes who launched the concept”, underlines Laurent Garcia, director of the station. “Some Saturdays, on a had up to 5 or 6 buses leaving from Toulouse! “
Introductory ski lessons
Price for bus transport and ski pass: 36 euros per person. And on December 4, 5, 11 and 12, 2021, to launch the season, the day at Peyragudes is 30 euros.
“We noticed that there were a lot of young foreigners, especially from Asia, who took advantage of these formulas,” explains Laurent Garcia. They are not necessarily used to skiing, so we also offer 1.5 hour introductory lessons at 10 euros, with instructors from the French Ski School. “
Group lessons that will only be available on certain dates. The offer also allows you to benefit from reductions on the rental of ski equipment in Peyragudes.
Several departures from Toulouse
Several departures are available from Toulouse : Colomiers station (6.30am); Compans (6:45 am); Marengo SNCF station (6h55) and Paul-Sabatier (7:10 am). The driver puts the passes back on the bus, the trip lasts two hours.
Departure from the station is at 4.30 p.m.
