Fees for nursery schools in Pisa, lighter bulletins are coming to families
Councilor Munno: “Reduction of the costs foreseen for November and December thanks to a residual of one hundred thousand euros of the ministerial funding”
PISA. No nursery fees for the months of November and December. The decision comes from Palazzo Gambacorti in Pisa. The municipal council approved the changes to the prospectus that year the reduction of the fees payable by families for the nursery service for the months of November and December 2021, in addition to what has already been applied since September.
The provision was granted to further redistribute among users the residual amount, amounting to approximately 100 thousand euros, of the ministerial contribution of the “National multi-year action plan” for the promotion of the integrated system of education and instruction services.
The exhaustion of available resources will take place starting from the Isee band (Indicator of the Equivalent Economic Situation) of the lowest amount up to the maximum Isee band.
In the event that the resources are not sufficient, the reduction will be calculated sufficiently among users in the maximum Isee range.
“We have established – says the councilor for educational policies Sandra Munno – to use the remainder of the ministerial resources available for a further reduction of the rates of our nursery school service ».
The Pisan families “will thus see very light bulletins arriving home for the next two months – says the councilor -. In fact, thanks to this economic intervention, it will not be a question of a retrospective reimbursement, but of a real reduction in the payment slips that families will receive at home. A way to meet the needs of Pisan families in a very difficult moment ».
