Dabila or Xeka in case of absence of Djalo against AS Monaco
In a poll conducted at the start of the week, Le Petit Lillois asks you who would be the most suitable player to replace Tiago Djalo if the latter were to forfeit before AS Monaco – LOSC.
Returning prematurely from the selection, Tiago Djalo suffers from a slight hamstring injury. The 21-year-old defender had contracted the injury before LOSC – Angers SCO but it did not allow him to participate in the meeting, which ended in a draw. Subsequently, the international Espoirs decided not to take any risks and decline his participation in qualifying for the Euro Espoirs with Portugal, during this truce. An absence which should allow him to heal himself and return to the field for the trip against AS Monaco. However, the risk of not being able to respond at the next LOSC meeting exists, and will depend on the progress of his injury.
In the meantime, LOSC supporters have been asked about his possible replacement for the next meeting. If Yves Dabila is the one who received the most votes (45%), the Ivorian defender is closely followed by his colleague Xeka (40%), evolving in the midfield, but who has proven himself in central defense the season pass. Two possibilities for Jocelyn Gourvennec, who hopes to be able to count on Tiago Djalo, while awaiting the return of Sven Botman in a few weeks.
Who to replace Tiago Djalo or Sven Botman in central defense?
- Yves dabila (45%, 474 votes)
- Xeka (40%, 414 votes)
- Other (10%, 101 votes)
