Movida: checks in Naples, over 300 fines – Campania
Local sanctions, taxi drivers and motorists. Green Pass: 9 minutes
(ANSA) – NAPLES, NOV 13 – Controls on nightlife in Naples: the Local Police carried out numerous interventions over the weekend. In addition to compliance with the highway code and compliance with health prevention measures, especially in Chiaia, Bagnoli, the historic center and Vomero. 77 checks were carried out for the premises and business activities which resulted in 31 reports for illegal occupation of public land, for the lack of waste separation and for the diffusion of music in the absence of the prescribed noise impact authorization.
As regards the checks to the highway code, 328 checks were carried out and 305 reports were carried out with 9 seizures and the removal of 107 vehicles with crane wagons. The Municipal agents carried out 173 checks on the owners of the inspected activities and the patrons, raising 9 minutes for the failure to check the green pass as well as for the failure to use the mask inside the premises.
In terms of public transport controls, 68 taxis were checked at the Central Station, in the historic center and on the seafront, sanctioning four of them, one for failure to inspect the vehicle, for omissions in issuing a receipt and one for not displaying the tariff.
Finally, from the historic center, to Vomero and Chiaia, to prevent the sale and use of alcoholic beverages by minors, the age of 35 young people who were intent on consuming drinks but who were all older than the age of 18 was verified. (HANDLE).
