Rome, Dalot is aiming for the right wing: he can arrive on loan in January
On the one hand the Rome focuses on the field, with José Mourinho’s team having to react after the two consecutive defeats in the league, on the other hand the attention is already projected towards the January market. The message of the Portuguese coach has been clear since the first weeks of his mandate, with a squad that needs to be strengthened if you want to aim for qualification in the Champions League. One of the positions to be reinforced is that of the right-back, with Roma thinking about the former Milan Diogo Dalot: 33 appearances in all competitions last season with AC Milan, he returned to Manchester United (owner of his card), where he collected only 83 minutes on the pitch in this first part of the Premier League. There is therefore the possibility of negotiating with the English club, on the basis of a loan, as it was last year with Milan. To push Dalot away from Manchester there is also an environmental factor, after the Portuguese full-back embraced some of the City’s compatriots a few minutes before the start of the derby: a gesture that sparked controversy in England and that the Red Devils fans did not like.
